Support the end-to-end coordination of L&D programmes, including general training execution (pre-training, during training and post-training).
Develop content for E-learning, training and other learning formats
Craft newsletters and maintains communications channels with programme participants
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning & development and recommend improvements to existing programs, processes or initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or related fields
Strong project management and communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs)
Experience with learning tools such as Chamaileon (newsletter creation) and Articulate Rise (e-learning development) is an advantage
