a) Directly supervise a team to achieve organizational goals. Recruit, hire, and manage team members, holding them to a high standard of performance and ensuring compliance with all Our House personnel policies and procedures.
b) Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems relating to the Learning Center
c) To be responsible for the Profit & Loss of the Centre
d) To define and implement marketing strategy (online and offline)
e) To convert and retain customers and students
f) Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality programming for the Learning Center, built on best practices in the field, innovation, and sharing of resources.
g) Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Learning Center.
h) Oversee the wellbeing of students served by the Learning Center through policies and procedures, staff training, facilities oversight, and other methods.
i) Oversee legal issues related to the Learning Center and risk mitigation strategies.
j) Ensure effective systems to track Learning Center program development and outcomes and regularly evaluate program components to ensure that the requirements of the regulatory bodies are met and that outcomes measurements are produced that can be effectively communicated to the board and other constituents and that can be used to drive program improvement.
k) To manage daily operations of the learning centre (classes, students, resources etc)
l) To keep the centre in good order and efficiently managed (in every aspect such as the management of sales, people, finance, resources, student services and others)
m) To in charge of all the components in Sales Journey, Student Journey and Staff Journey
n) To prepare and submit reports on time
o) Other duties as assigned by the Group Managing Director either directly through COO Office
