Job Description
- Provide legal advisory and support across various business units, including retail, e-commerce, logistics, and operations
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (e.g., service, collaboration, logistics contracts) to protect the company's interests along with contract management.
- Management of legal risks with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Cultivating culture of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognised/accredited university.
- Admission to the Malaysian Bar (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years working experience as in house legal counsel.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills both internal and external.
