Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks, and the capability to meet strict deadlines. The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively across functions, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders, review bilingual legal documents, and support cross-border legal matters involving Chinese-speaking regions.
