Job Description

Review and edit legal content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
Ensure that all content is clear, concise, and accessible to our target audience.
Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors in legal data and information.
Implement editorial standards and best practices to maintain data integrity and reliability.
Adhere to publishing schedules for all formats and implementing agreed plans for product enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve content-related issues and improve workflows.
Work closely with authors, contributors, as well as internal and external stakeholders to improve content quality and user experience.
Support operational improvements through technology, automation, and AI integration.
Actively contribute to content standardization and modernization initiatives.
Develop and implement continuous process enhancements to achieve cost savings and reduce turnaround times.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding content revisions, updates, and project milestones.
Assist Customer Operations with customer queries and issues.
Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to enhance the relevance and value of our content.

Qualification

Proficient in English.
Bachelor's degree in law
Have good understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and research methods.
Possess writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Have a strong interest in learning and integrating AI into everyday workflows.
Familiarity with XML, DTDs, markup validation, and structured content publishing will be an added advantage.
