Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To vet, draft, prepare, and review agreements, contracts, and other related legal documents in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, and applicable laws.
  • To ensure proper management and administration of legal documents.
  • To advise the company on litigation-related matters and the latest regulatory requirements.
  • To keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and recommend actions to ensure compliance.
  • To advise on best practices and potential risks of employment law, including handling disputes and investigations (DI).
  • Other duties and assignments to be assigned and instructed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) (preferably corporate law)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge in reviewing, drafting, and research skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • 5 days week job.
