Bachelor degree in Law from a recognised university with a 2:1
Called to the English Bar or Malaysian Bar
Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu language (including legal language and terminology)
5-6 years PQE in a reputable law firm, with a preference of 2-3 years in-house counsel in multi-national company.
Having experience in relevant areas of the company's business including, commercial contracts, competition issues, corporate matters, litigation and e-money. Preference will be given to candidates with competition and litigation background
