Logistic & Customs Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with forwarders for shipping booking arrangements for import and export via sea, air, trucking, and courier.
• Communicate with customs authorities regarding import/export-related issues.
• Renew and update the Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) license.
• Prepare and submit monthly and yearly reports to the LMW.
• Apply for additional or special exemptions when necessary.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and other required documentation.
• Review shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other documents to determine priorities and appropriate shipping methods while adhering to schedules.
• Liaise with forwarders and agents for shipment clearance processes.
• Verify forwarder billing and submit for payment processing.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma in logistics, supply chain or other equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in related field.
• Proficient with Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Familiarity with Customs operation and LMW license requirements.
