Assist and support the execution of warehouse access and distribution activities for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials
Coordinate logistics flow across the following channels:
- From factory / third-party (Co-Manufacturer / Supplier) to warehouse
- From factory / warehouse to customers
- From factory / warehouse to intercompany entities
- To and from Co-Packers
Customs-related processes
- Ensure effective execution of both local and export logistics operations
- Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including import/export and customs clearance procedures
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse logistics and distribution to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs
- Identify opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain to minimize waste, optimize efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Experience in international trading, particularly container export operations
- Familiar with customs procedures, clearance processes, port operations, and freight forwarding workflow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across different levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges effectively
