The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
As part of Le Creuset's dynamic Supply Chain team, you'll help bring our iconic cookware from concept to kitchen, ensuring every product arrives with precision, care, and a splash of colour. You'll collaborate across departments and regions to manage inventory, streamline logistics, and support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
The Logistics Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing import shipments, warehouse operations coordination, B2C return processing, packing material replenishment, vendor invoice validation, and monthly logistics reporting for Malaysia and Singapore operations.
The role will also coordinate closely with logistics partners, warehouse operators, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Import Shipment Management
- Manage import shipments.
- Receive and forward pre-alert documents to all relevant parties.
- Validate Forms from origin.
- Validate documents for import clearance process.
- Handle any customs-related enquiries.
- Warehouse Operations
- Manage operational issues related to order management, inventory, and delivery
- Prepare and submit monthly double-date forecast.
- Coordinate manpower arrangements when required.
- Handle delivery and parcel pickup/drop-off issues.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
- Arrange logistics for offline Family Sales events.
- Cancel B2C orders in NAV when necessary.
- B2C Return Order & Inventory Management
- Update NAV order reference numbers in Master Return Tracking.
- Download return orders from accounting system and forward to warehouse in Excel format.
- Maintain ECOM return tracking file.
- Monitor returned stocks in accounting system
- ECOMRTN location.
- Ensure returned stocks are received and stored in the correct warehouse location.
- Packing Material Management
- Monitor and replenish packing materials when required.
- Create Purchase Orders for packing materials.
- Liaise with vendors regarding delivery arrangements.
- Vendor Invoice Validation
- Validate vendor invoices before forwarding to Finance for payment.
- Reporting & KPI Monitoring
- Prepare Monthly Group Logistics Report (due by the 10th working day of each month).
- Participate in Monthly KPI Review meetings.
- Ad-Hocs
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks or projects related to logistics and warehouse operations as assigned.

What We're Looking For
- Working Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, preferably within retail or e-commerce environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation.
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NAV / Business Central).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Adapts his/her oral and written communications to audience and fosters clear and effective communication with others.
- Can build relationships and interact effectively across functions, seniority levels, and cultures with confidence.
- Actively listens. Displays accuracy and quality in his/her written work.
