Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of logistics management experience, Proven track record in 3PL management for high-value assets.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken/written), with strong English communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data center logistics, including sensitive IT equipment handling and supply chain visibility.
- Familiar with local logistics regulations, customs, incoterms and compliance frameworks (DOSH, PDPA, Hazmat).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills; experience in budget management and KPI-driven performance.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office; experience with inventory tracking tools is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
