The logistics industry is a non-stop challenge these days. COVID shutdowns, war zones, and ocean congestion, labour costs, ecommerce causing warehousing constraints are just some of the challenges that we are dealing with on a daily business as we work with factories globally to ensure schedules are met, quarterly revenue is delivered and all at the lowest cost possible.

If you bring some background in data analytics, sourcing, transportation and 3PL logistics, then the Logistics assistant sourcing manager might be right for you.

In this role you will be focused on data that enables our sourcing processes. Specifically, the role involves:

• Manage the Setup of warehouse services pricing into POR tools (CLIPR/Ariba)

• Contract uploads into iCertis tool and follow up for signature

• Develop contract tracker and assisting with contract amendments

• Manage SRC report consolidation for CMs; follow up with stakeholders to complete the scoring in SRC tool

• SPARC report for CLLS team – follow up with supplier to close ARs/Top 40/50, NDAA Section 889

Required Skills:

-Strong attention to detail

-Advanced skills in Excel. Good analytical skills. Independently execute data queries across multiple data sources in support of business intelligence reporting needs. PowerBi skill will be an added advantage.

-Able to analyze complex data and communicate the resulting insights with clarity. Someone who can tell the story, not just present numbers

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with sourcing managers located globally

-A Bachelor's degree in fields of study such as supply chain management, business management, or in any analytics discipline

-Several years of proven work experience in the supply chain management industry preferred

-Experience in the logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Note: If required, may need to attend concall during Malaysia night time.

Preferably a candidate who is able to speak Mandarin.
