Project Manager
Experience: 5+years
Primary Skills sets Agile Methodology

Has managed at least 3 projects.
Experience in managing project mandays of 1,000 and above.
Has strong crossfunctional and organizational communication skills.
Possess Project Management Institute (PMI) certification in Project Management.
Possess broad knowledge of best practices process framework (CMMI, ITIL, DevOps).
Possess in-depth Oil & Gas and ICT business domain knowledge.
Experience in applying Agile / DevOps methodology / framework (Scrum / Kanban).
Experience in guiding business in improving processes, products and services.
Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for development team.
Experience in managing different type of projects which consist of but not limited to SAP (Financial, Human Capital Management, Logistics, HSE, Technical), Microsoft (.NET, Sharepoint, M365), Data Science, Business Intelligent, Groupware (OpenText, Business Process Management), Infra (Cloud, Network, Telco, etc).

Associate Project Manager / Project Coordinator
Experience: 5+years
Primary Skills sets Agile Methodology

Has managed at least 2 projects.
Experience in managing project mandays of 300 and above.
Possess Project Management Institute (PMI) certification in Project Management.
Possess knowledge of best practices process framework (CMMI, ITIL, DevOps).
Has strong cross-functional and organizational communication skills.
Possess in-depth Oil & Gas and ICT business domain knowledge.
Experience in applying Agile / DevOps methodology or framework (Scrum / Kanban).
Experience in managing different type of projects which consist of but not limited to SAP (Financial, Human Capital Management, Logistics, HSE, Technical), Microsoft (.NET, Sharepoint, M365), Data Science, Business.

PMO Subject Matter Expert

Has managed at least 3 projects / project management services
Experience in managing project mandays of 1,000 and above.
Has strong crossfunctional and organizational communication skills
Possess Project Management Institute (PMI) certification in Project Management.
Experience in applying Agile / DevOps methodology or framework (Scrum / Kanban).
Possess broad knowledge of best practices process framework (CMMI, ITIL, DevOps).
Possess in-depth Oil & Gas and ICT business domain knowledge.
Experience in executing Project Management Office's roles such as advisory, project assessment, process improvement, management reporting, resource management, financial management and tools development.
