Support day-to-day machine monitoring and maintenances to ensure smooth business operation
Attend to breakdown & maintenance complaints promptly
Carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment and scheduled maintenance works according to the checklist at designated areas / sites
Perform minor repair & diagnose faults
Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machine where required
Maintain proper record of machines & machine service history
Perform ad hoc or other jobs as assigned by the engineer
Assist Lead Engineers to review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintenance program
Obtaining, designing special component, fixture, fittings
Job Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems
Experience in a warehouse environment would be an added advantage
Experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and controlling system
Have strong knowledge in repairing mechanical parts e.g. Conveyor belt, roller, barring etc.
Have knowledge in Warehouse Controlling Systems / Integration solutions with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Able to read and utilize mechanical & electrical schematics to assist in troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electronic components
Good in Material Flow Control software
Able to multitask, prioritize workloads and work in a dynamic environment
