Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist head of administrative department to lead and manage team.
2. Monitor and update stock inventory.
3. Process invoices, purchase orders and resolve all potential order issues.
4. Follow up on all outstanding undelivered orders.
5. Plan restock and shipments based on customers demand, orders and statistics reports.
6. Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading.
7. Source for reliable and efficient transport companies to work with.
8. Coordinate and follow up withfreight forwarders, shipping and transport companiesfor all incoming and outgoing shipments.
9. Organize & execute proper paper work & filing of documents.
10. Facilitate smooth operations between the administrative and warehouse departments.
Job Requirements:
1. Female Chinese
2. A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
3. Experience incustomer service and logistic fieldswill be advantage.
4. Strong verbal and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point & Word).
6. Fluent Mandarin, Malay and English
