MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

We are looking for bright and ambitious talents to join us as Management Trainees. SWIFT
Management Trainee Programme is a one year programme and designed to develop the skills and professional expertise of fresh grads with strong potential to become a future business leader in
SWIFT Group.
During the 1 year programme, talents will be exposed to the Haulage, Warehousing, Forwarding or other operational and support services activities.

1. Fresh graduates with Bachelor's Degree in the following disciplines and CGPA not less than 3.2

• Logistics / -Transportation / Supply Chain Management
• Business Administration
• Marketing / International Business / Economics
• Engineering

2. Good command of both spoken and written English & Malay
3. Passionate in pursuing career in Supply Chain and Logistics industry
4. Strong leadership qualities and a good record of extra-curricular activities
5. Result-oriented with strong analytical thinking
6. Versatile team player with strong self-discipline
7. Ready for challenges and be geographically mobile
8. Able to adapt to dynamic and fast paced environment.
