Overview:
The Manager / Assistant Manager of Trade Product is responsible for owning and managing a portfolio of Trade Products which includes driving strategy, promotion, controls, compliance and governance making the necessary enhancements to enhance competitiveness (features, SOP / process flow, documentation, system) and track performance to increase revenue and business. In addition, to also identify and translate market opportunities into new Trade Products and Services. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Trade Product.
Responsibilities:
Manage performance and contribute to the delivery of financial results as well as controls, compliance and governance for the portfolio of Trade Products.
Drive strategy and solutions to improve product coverage, effectiveness, efficiency and convenience to target customers and stakeholders.
Establish, implement and maintain competitive pricing, fee and charges structures (provide bundling strategies where appropriate) to maximize product profitability and shareholder value.
Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships and awareness via marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, events and materials, training and briefing sessions, etc.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Malaysian citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or relevant studies.
5 years of trade experience in sales, operations, relationship / account management or related role.
Strong core trade product knowledge in Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections is a plus.
Results and achievement oriented with a structured, reliable and swift approach to getting things done.
Has the aptitude and attitude for growth and strong acumen for strategic thinking, document drafting, project and stakeholder management.
