WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll join our global Experienced Talent Recruiting team, collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional stakeholders across Bain. As part of our recruiting function, you'll be at the center of our efforts to attract, engage, and hire outstanding talent who will thrive at Bain.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Manager, you'll be part of a global team recruiting experienced talent across a wide range of roles. You'll identify, attract, and close top-tier talent while creating a seamless experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

You'll independently lead full-cycle recruiting and serve as a strategic advisor to multiple hiring managers, collaborating with Recruiting and HR colleagues to drive exceptional hiring outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll independently lead a structured recruiting process from kickoff through close, including launching searches with hiring managers, identifying and sourcing talent, planning interview processes, and managing offers. You'll integrate inclusive hiring strategies throughout the process and help stakeholders remain aligned with hiring goals.

You'll use data from our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools to optimize recruiting outcomes and maintain accurate records. Working closely with sourcing, recruiting operations, coordination, and HR teams, you'll share best practices and communicate relevant insights from your analysis to HR and business leadership.

You'll deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint. You'll keep candidates informed, facilitate timely and transparent feedback, and guide them efficiently through each stage of the recruiting process. You'll screen resumes, conduct phone interviews based on hiring criteria, recommend top candidates, and proactively offer alternative profiles when flexibility is needed. You'll also share high-potential candidates with recruiting colleagues and build robust talent pipelines.

You'll lead effective kickoff meetings with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and position needs within the broader team. You'll establish clear expectations, align on sourcing strategies, and guide hiring decisions through regular progress check-ins and data-driven insights. You'll build strong relationships with multiple hiring managers across your assigned recruiting area.

You'll use key performance metrics, including time to fill and offer acceptance rates, to inform your approach and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll anticipate challenges, implement solutions, and contribute to recruiting efficiency across Bain by sharing your learnings with the broader team.

You'll also contribute to a collaborative recruiting culture by sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities, and leading or participating in team-wide projects. You'll flag potential process issues and proactively recommend practical improvements and alternatives.

ABOUT YOU

Must Have:

• 5–8 years of technology recruiting experience, including corporate/in-house recruiting experience
• Proven success supporting a wide range of roles and navigating complex hiring environments
• Agility and strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to learn new functional areas quickly and work across business functions and specialized areas
• A track record of strong stakeholder management, including extensive experience setting and managing expectations
• Sound judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity in responding to changing needs and situations
• Experience working in a demanding environment and managing competing priorities
• Experience working across time zones, with flexibility in scheduling
• Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• An associate or bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
