The incumbent is responsible to support the Agent Recruitment function in terms of providing intelligence and insights on Recruitment matters in order to allow good planning and to facilitate decision making.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with APM team and/or Future Segment team to organize and coordinate company/agency recruitment activities such as Grand Build Your Business (GBYB), recruitment workshops, roadshows on Central region focus, nationwide if needed.
  • Work with APM team and/or Future Segment team to organize and coordinate Future Segment (Y1Y2) related project/activities Central region focus, nationwide if needed.
  • Explore and venture new recruitment platform and activity such as Uni/College collaboration, working with third party to increase recruitment awareness and numbers.
  • Facilitate and drive PRUVenture Daily Hand Holding, Weekly FUFT and Monthly Coaching programs.
  • Close monitoring of PRUVenture Managers daily activity and attendance or agency activity management systems and ensure all reports are ready for FUFT and Management updates.
  • Monitor and track PRUVenture production and performance on a timely basis and ensure all reports are ready for FUFT and Management updates.
  • Assist and FUFT on PRUVenture related enquiries, work, projects, etc to work closely with Property, Finance, APM team, Agency Leader or any related party.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Degree / Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 5 year of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles.
  • Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong drive and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Self-starter with pleasant personality and service oriented work perspective.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
