Role Responsibilities

Strategy
Data & Analytics Manager that will help the organisation discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better outcomes on cost, quality, demand reduction and process improvements.
Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality analysis to enable prioritiszation and execution of efforts.
This role will also require your expertise to automate reports, provide meaningful insights at a functional level to support business owners in driving outcome metrics and other business priorities from time to time.
The role requires you to be an independent worker with strong thought leadership and execution oriented and to have the ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Statistics or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, delivery, and execution contact centre or banking experience an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced level with MS.Excel and MS.Power Point
  • Experience in SQL & BI Tool (Tableau, Microstrategy or Power BI) is an added advantage
  • Advanced writing capability, at executive levels (English)
  • Results oriented, steadfastly pushing self and others to achieve results
  • Ability to build enduring partnerships and teamwork across multiple areas of the company and with external constituents
  • Developing organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in problem solving and organizational agility
  • Strong influencing and communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytic, problem solving skills.
