MANAGER, OPERATION (CENTRAL SWIFT EXPRESS)

Plan, manage and control overall small truck operations at Central Region by providing direction and ensuring optimum utilization of resources so as to achieve the Company's business plans on growth, turnover and profitability, as well as contribute towards the realization of the Company's vision.

Ensure provision of superior & professional service through effective Customer Relationship Management and operational efficiency so as to ensure existing customers are retained and future business opportunities are secured, and hence contribute towards generation of revenue for the company.

Review and analyze business and trucks operational performance against planning and budget targets. Make recommendation on business strategies and plan if budget fall short. Develop business and operational reports for management information, decision making and future planning purposes.

Create a conducive and supportive working environment that would enhance staff productivity in achieving the Company's goals and objectives through motivation, coaching and their career progression and development.

To produce KPI reports for customers and for internal staff & drivers performance as well.

Develop and maintain professional working relationships with external parties i.e customers, authorities to ensure their continuous support.

Manage, develop and motivate staff to upgrade skills and elevate productivity level by providing guidance and advice and supporting Human Resource Development initiatives that would enhance staff motivation and productivity so as to ensure a core professionally competent team of Integrated Logistics experts is available to provide value-added logistics solutions that satisfy customers needs and achieving the company goals and objectives.
. Degree in Transport/ Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management or any relevant
. Preferably 5 years working experience in transportation or logistics industry
. At least 3-4 years experience in a Managerial capacity
. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
. Strong skills in planning, meticulous & diligent
. MUST be willing to work at Port Klang, Selangor.
