Oversee daily trade construction activities, crew allocation, and site logistics to ensure work aligns with project specs and drawings.
Act as the primary technical point of contact with the General Contractor, attending progress meetings, managing RFIs, and resolving field conflicts.
Maintain trade progress against the master project schedule, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or material lead-time issues.
Enforce strict job site safety rules (OSHA standards) and rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes required for critical infrastructure.
Assist with pre-commissioning checks and support the Levels 1-5 commissioning (Cx) process alongside the GC and commissioning agent.
Track daily site logs, manpower counts, change order impacts, and field inspections.
Assist in directing and coordinating trade subcontractors across core structural, façade/envelope, MEP, and interior fit-out packages.
Manage the RFI, submittal, and shop drawing processes, ensuring design updates and field changes are communicated swiftly to site teams.
Track vertical progress against the master schedule, monitor typical floor cycle times, and produce short-interval lookahead schedules.
Support high-rise site logistics (craneage, hoist allocation, urban delivery schedules) while enforcing strict site safety and QA/QC standards.
Assist with monthly subcontractor progress payment applications, change order reviews, budget tracking, and cost-to-complete reporting.
Help coordinate authority inspections, manage punch/snag list completions, and compile final closeout documentation for the client.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in high rise / data center industry
Hands-on experience with industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and basic familiarity with BIM/Revit models.
Strong grasp of high-rise structural systems and architectural drawings, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
