We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL's position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:

• WMS/ WMOS Technical Support: Receive structured knowledge transfer on troubleshooting techniques and technical support skills specific to Manhattan WMOS/ WMS.
• ITIL Framework Essentials: Learn and apply industry-standard IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Proactive System Monitoring: Gain hands-on training in Zabbix to monitor systems, identify critical application issues, and resolve them before they impact operations
• Ticket & Task Management: Build practical experience managing, tracking, and resolving standard Incident tickets and SCTASKS within our support ecosystem.
  
  Requirements:
• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Current Academic result: CGPA 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Application & IT Operations Support, Technical Documentation & Troubleshooting, Basic Unix/ Linux skills, SQL skills, Communication Skills, Problem Solving
• Preferred skill(s): Basic SQL & Database Knowledge, Basic Unix/ Linux
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 6 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Hi, my name is Jega and I'm a Team Manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2007, when I took a role as Application Support Specialist in the Customer Services Department. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Project Manager role as I was very fascinated with Project Management, deployments, testing and troubleshooting, and Change Management. In 2021, I moved to a management role, being Manager of Team. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common goal.
