Job Responsibilities
- Setup, develop, and optimize lithography processes including resist coating, exposure, bake, and development and other post processing steps.
- Conduct structured experiments (DOE) to improve resolution, overlay accuracy, and process robustness.
- Develop and transfer lithography recipes across platforms (e.g., contact aligners, steppers, e-beam writers) and operation sites (Malaysia, Singapore, China).
- Collaborate with optical design and simulation teams to translate design intent into manufacturable lithographic patterns.
- Evaluate and implement new materials (resists, developers, etching chemicals) and process techniques to improve resolution, uniformity, and yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, equipment engineering, yield enhancement) to integrate new technologies and resolve process deviations.
- Collaborate with equipment/maintenance team to troubleshoot lithography equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve process stability.
- Define and execute metrology plans using CD-SEM, profilometry, ellipsometry/filmetrics, and optical inspection tools.
- Setup statistical process control (SPC) for lithography processes and react promptly upon OOC
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA for quality excursions
- Document process SOP, work instructions, and technical reports, in accordance with ISO and internal quality management systems.
- Ensure all lithography operations comply with safety standards and cleanroom protocols.
- Qualifications
- Basic Requirements : Bachelor's or above in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field.
- Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in lithography process development and sustaining operations, preferably in optics, MEMS, or semiconductor industries.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Deep understanding of photolithography principles, photoresist chemistry, and process integration.
2. Proficiency in using and maintaining lithography equipment and metrology tools
3. Hands-on experience working on Suss Coater and Developer is desirable and a big plus.
4. Able to work independently and as a team
5. Familiarity with cleanroom practices and wafer handling protocols.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
