1. Weekly analysis of the demand and supply plan (RD JIT vs CCAR plan) for 13 weeks of horizon in between the quarterly S&OP exercise, by using Qlikview (current tool).

2.Update the new supply plan into the CCAR plan (current tool) after each demand & supply control tower meeting before the weekly cut off.

3. To decide production loading & commitment by staying on top of MPS, CCAR, Div request which may impact the loading changes. Knowledgeable to provide backfill proposal to ensure no capacity is wasted in execution horizon. Communicate upfront and timely to respective stakeholders if significant increase / reduce in saturation (+/- 15%)

4. To always be alert on wip Status in production floor and understand well on operation issues which impact wip linearity as well as SML and 95% c/time.

5. To have detailed knowledge and close follow up to support customer demand - CLIP

6. To support customer delivery urgency.

7. Share a weekly proposal (after considering the capacity, dices & materials support) to Groups and finalized the new supply plan in the Weekly demand and supply control tower meeting.

8. Weekly review with Product eng, test eng, operation, & group in the execution control tower meeting, focusing on yield performances and short terms productivity improvement projects

9. Daily monitoring of the execution in production floor in terms of Output adherence to plan, Hold lots, SML.

1. Min 2 years working experience in Supply Chain or planning organization in huge manufacturing plant

2. Good interpersonal skill to drive the team to meet the KPI

3. Good knowledge in SAP, Excel, Power BI system

4. Member of CPIM will be advantaged

5. Degree holder
