What will be your task:
- Serve as the primary factory contact for customers.
- Lead the manufacturing team in handling RFQ, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.
- Ensure the manufacturing team meets and exceeds customer requirements.
- Drive internal improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
- Manage and coordinate customer audits in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
- Lead the resolution of customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Attend meetings with customers to review capacity, address quality issues, and discuss other operational matters.
What you must have to apply this job:
- At least 6 years experience on customer focus and manufacturing.
- Familiar with electronic products end to end manufacturing process.
- Advantage for candidate who have technical background.
- Candidate who have quality management experience is added value.
- Good at communication and problem solving & have experience in management people as this position will handle a group of Engineers, Technicians & Quality Inspectors.
- Advantage to candidate who able to communicate in Mandarin as need to liaise with stakeholders from Taiwan.
