Job Details:
Position : Tooling & Calibration Technician
Company Sector : Aviation MRO
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to1730)
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)
WHO CAN APPLY

• Possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a tooling /calibration technician and in QA/QC
• Experience working in manufacturing company
• Good communication in English
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft word & excel applications.
• Ability and willingness to work off hours as needed to support manufacturing operations
• Ability to work in a team environment

JOB SCOPE:

• Will perform calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and equipment's related to production operations.. Drive best practice daily through high standards of engineering, compliance and HS&E standards.
• Maintain an accurate inventory and status of calibrated tools and equipment ensure back up tool availability.
• Provides the shop with a list of tools due for calibration to ensure all expired tools are recalled accordingly as per the QCWI.
• Routes tools for calibration to approved calibration sources. Manages the full process of quotation, PO release, tool pick up, receiving and inspection of all calibrated tools in the shop.
