About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marcom & Leasing Executive to join our team at a shopping mall. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leasing operations, building strong tenant relationships, and supporting the mall's overall occupancy and revenue goals. Job Description
- Identify and secureprospective tenants that align with the mall's brand positioning andtenant mix strategy.
- Negotiate leaseagreements, including rental terms, renewals, and other conditions, incompliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare, review, andfollow up on all lease documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the Marcom& Leasing Manager in developing and executing leasing strategies tomaximize occupancy and rental income.
- Conduct marketresearch to identify retail trends, customer preferences, and competitiveofferings.
- Prepare periodicreports on leasing activities, occupancy levels, and market insights formanagement review.
- Build and maintainstrong, long-term relationships with existing and new tenants.
- Act as the primarypoint of contact between tenants and mall management to ensure smoothdaily operations.
- Monitor tenantcompliance with lease terms, mall policies, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with themarketing team to promote available spaces and attract quality tenants.
- Coordinate with malloperations teams to ensure tenant spaces are well-prepared, maintained,and handed over on time.
- Assist tenants withfit-out, renovation, and operational-related issues.
Job Requirements
- Diploma orBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate,Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, orretail marketing (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may beconsidered).
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with leasingreporting tools.
- Self-motivated,detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multitaskand handle multiple tenants and leasing enquiries simultaneously.
- Knowledge of localproperty laws and leasing regulations is an advantage.
- Willing to workbased in Sri Petaling.
