At WipData, we're looking for a Marketing And Business Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, sales, marketing, and Malaysia's corporate training industry.

This is more than just an internship. You'll work on real projects, interact with businesses, and contribute to initiatives that help organisations upskill their workforce.

What You'll DoMarket Intelligence

• Research Malaysia's corporate training and Learning & Development (L&D) landscape.
• Identify industry trends, emerging skills, and business opportunities.
• Analyse competitors and recommend strategies to strengthen our market presence.
• Build and maintain databases of prospective clients and strategic partners.
  

Business Development

• Identify and qualify potential corporate clients.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Introduce our training programmes and generate new business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Support relationship building with clients and business partners.
  

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns to promote our training programmes.
• Assist with online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Support the creation of promotional content for social media, events, and public training programmes.
• Help increase awareness of WipData's training solutions.
  

Business Support

• Prepare market research reports and sales insights.
• Track outreach activities and maintain CRM records.
• Assist the team in achieving business development goals.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate and public training programmes.
  

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Passionate about business development, sales, and marketing.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with professionals over the phone and in person.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, or AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
