Role Description

We're looking for an intern who enjoys content, creativity, marketing, and getting things done.

This is not the kind of internship where you just sit in and observe. You'll get hands-on exposure to real marketing campaigns, leadership events, social media content, branding, and day-to-day execution inside a fast-moving consultancy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support social media content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more

• Assist with video editing, reels, captions, and content preparation

• Help create marketing materials, visuals, banners, and campaign assets

• Support event execution such as Leadership Lab, webinars, and training programmes

• Assist with website, CRM, and marketing coordination tasks

• Help with content shoots, behind-the-scenes videos, and engagement content

• Support campaign execution and internal coordination

Who We're Looking For:

• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn

• Enjoys content, branding, and creative work

• Someone who likes variety and can adapt in a fast-moving environment
