About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Data Executive to support the day-to-day data operations of our marketing and sales teams. You will play a key role in our lead management process — ensuring leads from both online and offline channels are processed accurately and distributed on time, while keeping our data clean, well-structured, and ready to support reporting and decision-making.
This role suits someone who enjoys building reliable processes, takes pride in data accuracy, and is keen to grow towards marketing analytics or revenue operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Process and assign leads generated from online and offline activities on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to the right teams, and following up on any exceptions such as missing or duplicate records.
- Consolidate lead data from paid advertising channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), tracking volume, source, and conversion status with consistent data definitions.
- Perform data entry into the CRM and internal systems, and maintain regular data reports to give the team an accurate, up-to-date view of performance.
- Review, document, and continuously improve workflows for data recording and lead assignment, identifying bottlenecks and proposing practical improvements.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting through data consolidation, and provide basic insight analysis such as channel performance and lead quality trends.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve and optimise data-related issues.
- High attention to detail, with consistent standards for data accuracy even in routine, repetitive tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Lark Base, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. pivot tables, lookup functions), and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A structured and process-oriented mindset, comfortable documenting workflows and following SOPs.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise daily operational tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Basic data sense — able to spot anomalies in the data and communicate findings clearly.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude, willing to flag issues early and suggest improvements.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or data operations is preferred.
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with paid media platforms and their reporting structures; Working knowledge of SQL or marketing automation tools.
