Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and driving engagement with our target audiences. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our brand image, overseeing marketing projects, and leveraging digital marketing channels to maximize our reach and impact. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for wellness, health, and fitness will be essential in achieving our marketing objectives.

Your Impact:

  • Create interesting, fun, sleek-looking, and dynamic content, and copywriting for postings on various social media channels, newsletters, and online articles.
  • Be responsible for media content scheduling and monitoring of all social media accounts as well as DEM creation.
  • Brainstorming, executing, and following up on various marketing initiatives including events and online/offline campaigns. Be able to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, ambassadors and so on.
  • Maintain in constant contact with digital marketing specialist to monitor the performance of campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and any other social platform. Create campaign briefs for digital marketing team to execute and update any necessary information on Salesforce.
  • Periodically perform market research to gather consumer insights to aid future marketing campaigns and initiatives. Stay on top of digital trends, best practices in digital media, and design.
  • Be passionate about wellness, health & fitness.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by your immediate superiors.
  • Assist in defining the marketing plan with the sales team in terms of campaigns, initiatives, and events, proposing the correct mix of activities to achieve the agreed targets of leads, revenues, margins, and profitability.

What you should bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Has a keen eye for futuristic, modern, and clean designs, and is passionate about creating eye-catching designs.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proven experience in project management with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is a bonus. Show off your art!
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays, if required.
  • The ideal candidate can communicate well with teammates (sometimes about food/fun), has an optimistic rainbow-filled mindset, is super eager learn and has the perseverance of a 5-year-old.
  • Deep sense of ownership and responsibility for projects you're involved in.
  • A keen interest in the fitness industry and bouncing on exercise balls will be an advantage.
