Marketing Intern and Fresh Graduates

We are looking for enthusiastic interns and fresh graduates to join our Sales and Marketing team at Koyo Corporate (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Successful candidates will gain practical experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, sales, product marketing, customer engagement, and business administration.

• Work location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Position type: Internship / Entry-level full-time

• Support and execute digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
• Create and publish engaging content, including photos and videos, across the Company's digital platforms.
• Manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, social media accounts, and the Company website.
• Plan and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and online sales.
• Monitor campaign and platform performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Support product launches, promotions, exhibitions, and corporate events while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Willing to appear on camera and participate in livestream sessions, including TikTok LIVE.

• Execute sales and marketing activities to support business objectives and sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads, customer enquiries, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, product information, and marketing materials.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events.
• Conduct market research, maintain sales records, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal departments.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing Department.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, proposals, reports, and customer correspondence.
• Maintain customer databases, pricing information, product records, and filing systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate follow-up with the relevant departments.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media content, promotions, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution and consistent branding.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
