Your new role
As a Marketing Product Manager in the PPE segment, your responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow product sections under your care through strong product selection, good pricing management and strong supplier sourcing.
- Build and manage product suppliers effectively. This includes the ability to receive good supplier marketing contributions & rebates, and a good product cost price for long-term partnership relationship growth.
- Carry out an effective communication plan with logistics, sales and customer service teams to ensure respective cross-departmental stakeholders receive well-received information on all Product Marketing strategies and tactics.
- Handle end-to-end product sourcing arrangements (i.e. government tax, customs duty, delivery time leap etc.) within Malaysia, Singapore or International and follow group marketing guidelines.
- Ensure quality supplier and product sourcing processes meet company ISO standards and group guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
- MUST HAVE PPE marketing exposure
- SAP user, high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), strong supplier sourcing skills, product margin knowledge, good data analysis skills.
- Effective communicator and negotiator
- 5 years working experience in a marketing/supply chain function with a minimum of 3 years in marketing, Sales/Product management experience in PPE and Consumer products
