Job Description


Primary Objective:

Manage the organization structure, strategy, budget, performance and personal for Partnership Business, for conventional and Islamic offering across Asset Management, to achieve the performance target.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan effective marketing strategies and activities to achieve the Partnership Business KPI in Unit Trust
  • Manage on-going relationship with the Partnership to foster excellent rapport.
  • Conduct and participate in Partnership's product training, workshops, seminars, roadshows, market chats and tea talks to enhance business relationship.
  • Plan and conduct regular visitation to Partnership branches to update products and encourage sales.
  • Venture beyond Partnership to look for PRS and UT sales.
  • Gather and report market intelligence on market trend, competitors product and other relevant market information to superior.
  • Foster excellent rapport with Partnership for better support on business.
  • Communicate and report performance progress to superior.
  • Motivate and work closely with team members to achieve the desired result.
  • Provide professional assistance and guidance to the junior managers to achieve the desired result.
Bachelor Degree - Business / Banking / Marketing or equivalent..

  • Minimum 5 years working experience with the relevant exposures in the financial services industry.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self motivated and result oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively with people from all levels.
  • Good understanding, knowledge and experience of the Asset Management industry.
