Job Description


. Heads up all communication initiatives and strategies which involves digital marketing such as blogs, videos, podcasts, social media, email marketing, website content etc.
. Plays critical role in promotion, create coordinate, and execute communication plans to increase public awareness.
. Managing the continuous improvement of the website, social assets, apps as well as the development of digital content and communication to enhance the customer experience and engagement.
. Design and oversee all aspects of digital, tech and content (DTC) department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
. Planning and managing our social media platforms and community alongside our community engagement team.
. Explore new ways to engage and to retarget new customers / audiences on our digital assets.
. Make data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition and retention metrics.
. Develop and execute strategies for testing new online channels.
. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website and all other digital platforms.
. Development of dashboard reporting system and program to develop integrated reporting tools.
. Monitor and report the performance of key marketing metrics, as well as activities and events causing variances.
. Build, plan, and implement overall digital marketing strategies.
. Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital experience team.
. Develops digital experience team by sharing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
. Identify trends, insights, and optimise spend and performance based on insights affecting our industry, channels, and communities.
. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
. Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvements.
