Mechanical Electrical Engineer

Job Descriptions:
To coordinate with end user for the building services requirement
To provide design, tender drawings, specifications, schedule of price and schedule of unit rate for building services without external consultant
To check, coordinate and finalize the tender documents and drawings for building services with external consultant
To evaluate and recommend for building services tender awarding
To provide cost estimate/ budgetary for building services without external consultant
To provide value engineering and design optimizing for building services with or without consultant engineer
To source contractor to participate for tender bidding
To attend the projects for building services site coordination, technical matters, works implementation, inspection and variation orders
To attend site implementation and inspection for QA/QC works
To attend factory acceptance test for major equipment and material
Must be able to operate and produce building services CAD drawing
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time
