About the Role We are a leading multinational general contracting firm seeking a highly capable M&E Manager to spearhead our upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Mechanical and Electrical aspects of complex, large-scale construction projects.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, expertly managing relationships and communications with high-profile clients, external consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project delivery from inception to handover, ensuring strict adherence to international safety, quality, and engineering standards.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making critical engineering and management decisions with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems within the broader general contracting framework.
- Anticipate project bottlenecks, proactively mitigating risks related to budget, schedule, and technical compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive M&E engineering experience for the Manager level (Note: Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience may be considered for a Senior M&E Engineer capacity).
- Specialization: Demonstrated, hands-on experience in the construction and delivery of Data Centers is strictly required.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of successfully handling clients and consultants, with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Autonomy: Exceptional ability to work independently, take ownership of project outcomes, and drive results without micromanagement.
