Mechanical Installation & Field Service Engineer

We are currently looking for a hands-on Mechanical Installation & Field Service Engineer to join us in executing complex, large-scale industrial projects throughout Malaysia. Whether you are an experienced engineer or a highly motivated fresh engineer with less than 5 years of experience and ready to learn the ropes of high-stakes logistics and equipment maintenance, we want to hear from you.

You will be on the ground, directing the precise installation, leveling, and dismantling of sensitive industrial machinery—ranging from semiconductor manufacturing tools to high-value medical equipment. Beyond initial setup, you will serve as the technical frontline, providing crucial post-installation support, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance to ensure our clients operations run flawlessly. This role bridges the gap between mechanical engineering, complex logistics, and client service, requiring seamless coordination to ensure safe, millimeter-perfect execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead (or assist) the mechanical installation, alignment, and commissioning support for sensitive, high-value equipment.

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to resolve mechanical and operational issues.

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

• Collaborate closely with our logistics and lifting teams during on-site placement.

• Interpret technical drawings, facility layouts, and strict site requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and operational handover training to client personnel.

• Maintain rigorous safety standards and operational protocols during all phases of the project.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.

• Fresh engineers with less than 5 years of experience are highly encouraged to apply! We offer strong on-the-job training for the right candidate.

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively coordinate with our technical partners and client base.

• A strong, safety-first mindset and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic site conditions and field service schedules.

• Bonus: Any previous exposure to industrial machinery installation, field maintenance, or cleanroom environments.
