Medical Representative (Sales)

Company Description SM Health Care Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian healthcare solution provider established in 2009, specializing in medical hospital equipment and furniture, sundries and disposables, rehabilitation, personal hygiene, ostomy and wound care, and general health and skincare products. The company operates from its headquarters in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, with branches in Kuching, Sarawak and Puchong, Selangor.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative (Sales) role based in Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. The Medical Representative will promote and sell the company's medical products and solutions to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.

Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The role involves planning and executing sales visits, monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and preparing sales reports. The Medical Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

1. Sales prospecting & Cold calling (Willing to learn)
2. Customer Relationship Management via Hubspot
3. Project Management too via Trello
4. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
5. Negotiation & Closing ability
6. Minimum SPM qualifications (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
7. Valid driver's license (Must-have)
8. Willing to travel around Sabah & Sarawak
