Position: MEP Engineer
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Kulai, Johor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works on-site, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related building services.
- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
