MEP Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (MEP PM / APM)
Location: Penang, Malaysia
Top 3 Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MEP projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and handover, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
- Manage multiple CAPEX and office fit-out projects across manufacturing facilities while coordinating contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and risks, including reporting progress, resolving technical and commercial issues, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Critical Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of MEP project experience (Assistant Project Manager) or 8+ years (Project Manager).
- Proven experience managing M&E CAPEX projects, office fit-outs, and commissioning works.
- Strong experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of M&E systems, specifications, engineering codes, and standards.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project planning and execution skills.
