Merchant Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor and feedback on merchant request, competitors activity and market update, to ensure achievement of business targets.
• To ensure terminals are install and set-up on time to capture maximum business volume.
• To perform account management on merchants to understand latest being of merchants and building relationship.
• To perform and management on merchant's CASAto capture maximum profitable to our business.
• To perform CASA conversion on existing base thus increasing the AMBANK Casa base.
• Ensure merchants are serviced to strengthen the relationship for continuous support of maximum high sales volume.
• To handle and escalate merchants issues resolve it within reasonable timeline.
• To contribute effective feedback to improve efficiency of internal processes.
• Develop further on individual knowledge and skills to ensure continuous improvement of employee commitment and readiness to assume higher position.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Bachelor of Business, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year working experiences, preference in sales or service.
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under minimum supervision
• Display good attitude with excellent customer service skills.
