Merchant Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Acquisition

• Reach out to potential merchants through cold calling and close deals for services

• Independently source high-quality F&B leads and maintain a healthy pipeline

• Implement acquisition strategies and initiatives effectively

• Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Present, promote, and sell Lending products/services effectively to prospective customers using solid arguments

2. Market Research & Retention Strategy

• Stay updated on financial market trends, industry product developments, and competitor activities

• Bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to work every day

• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Simplify and explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing feedback to improve products/services based on interactions

Preferred Skillset

• Experience in cold calling, sales, or lead sourcing

• Strong knowledge of the F&B industry and market trends

• Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline

• Creative and enthusiastic approach to sales and strategy execution

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
