The Merchant Zone Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of merchants in the Southeast Asia region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in merchant management and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The ideal candidate will drive merchant engagement, optimize performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize merchant performance within the assigned zone.
• Identify and onboard new merchants to expand the company's presence in the region.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular training sessions for merchants on best practices and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and resources.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on zone performance metrics and insights.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of merchant operations and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
