Job Responsibilities
  • Engage customers through phone in promoting various Business Banking products
  • Cross sell and up sell of Business Banking products based on customers needs
  • Promote and enhance positive relationship with customers
  • Maintain control and good quality of standard and service
  • Provide resolution in timely and effective manner to solve customer's enquiries
  • Ensure allocated targets are met and procedures / processes are complied

Job Requirements

  • A recognised Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Proactive, service oriented and possess high level of commitment in work
  • Confident and a persuasive communicator
  • Good organisational and time management skills
