Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Build training contents, manage and work with external vendors to complement the training infrastructure.
  • Manage the end-to-end training function and training budget brand and market BB training roadmap to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize training for new hires as well as refresher courses for existing staff conduct sales and leadership programmes and ensure that all staffs are competent
  • Identify and develop new programmes to enhance the core skills of the different job functions
  • Identify line trainers and implement Train-the-Trainer programmes explore and seek external accreditation of core training programmes
  • Conduct coaching to sales staff and analyse data for improvement via training

Job Requirements

  • Relevant depth of experience in the Retail and SME segment
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Business Banking products and services
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experiences
  • Microsoft Office proficiency i.e Power BI, excel dashboard, Powerpoint and SAS knowledge would be an added advantage
