Primary Objective:

Principally responsible for personal sales target to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned targets.

To cross sell MRTA and achieve minimum penetration rate of 70inimum penetration rate of 70


Key Responsibilities:

MORTGAGE FINANCIAL TARGET
To achieve personal sales target
To achieve MRTA penetration rate of 70
SALES PRODUCTIVITY
To deliver min sales productivity of 1.2m per month

To service and strengthen our business relationship with developers, lawyer

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any field.

Minimum 1 year experience in sales

Good interpersonal & communication skills
Good knowledge in mortgage products & services.
