Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support and operational services for overseas game

production databases running on cloud platforms.

• Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, backup and

recovery for production environments.

• Provide first-level support for database-related incidents and coordinate with

Database Technology and DevOps teams to resolve issues.

• Support database schema changes, data changes, deployment and other

database operations in production environments.

• Monitor database performance, availability, capacity and overall health.

• Perform basic Linux system administration and troubleshooting related to

database environments.

• Work closely with China-based technical teams on database incidents, technical

issues and daily operational matters.

• Document troubleshooting procedures, operational processes and database

related issues.

• Participate in 24/7 on-call or shift support when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information

Systems, CIS or a related technical field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Database Administration, Database

Operations or Database Support.

• Strong hands-on experience with MySQL is required.

• Experience with Redis, MongoDB or other databases is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting is

required.

• Experience with database backup/recovery, monitoring and production

troubleshooting.

• Experience with AWS, Tencent Cloud or other cloud platforms is preferred.

• Experience supporting databases in production / 24x7 environments is an

advantage.

• Good Chinese communication skills are required for daily communication and

technical discussions with China-based teams.

• Good English communication skills for working with overseas teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility and teamwork.

• Able to learn new database technologies and cloud platforms quickly.

• Willing to support 24/7 on-call / shift arrangements when required.

职位要求

• 计算机科学、软件工程、信息系统、计算机信息系统或相关技术领域的学士学位。 • 至少2年数据库管理、数据库运维或数据库支持方面的实际操作经验。

• 必须具备丰富的MySQL实际操作经验。

• 熟悉Redis、MongoDB或其他数据库者优先考虑。

• 必须具备Linux系统管理和故障排除的实际操作经验。

• 具备数据库备份/恢复、监控和生产环境故障排除经验。

• 熟悉AWS、腾讯云或其他云平台者优先考虑。

• 具备生产/7x24小时数据库支持经验者优先考虑。

• 良好的中文沟通能力,能够与中国团队进行日常沟通和技术讨论。

• 良好的英语沟通能力,能够与海外团队合作。

• 较强的解决问题能力、责任心和团队合作精神。

• 能够快速学习新的数据库技术和云平台。

• 愿意在需要时支持7x24小时轮班/值班安排。
