What would you do

• Design, develop, and deploy data solutions that address complex business challenges, leveraging predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced statistical analysis.
• Take high-level business objectives and translate them into well-structured, data-driven projects, with a focus on driving insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, finance, and commercial teams to deliver insights that drive business decisions and improve processes.
• Work with large, complex datasets to discover insights, trends, and patterns, uncovering opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Effectively communicate complex analytical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations accessible and actionable.
• Collaborate with cross functional divisions in building complex end-to-end products that are customer facing and internal facing.

Who should join us

• A degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar domains.
• At least 6 years of professional experience.
• The determination to initiate and drive projects or experiments to completion.
• The ability to take vague problems and solve them in a structured, data-driven manner.
• Great communication and presentation skills in English.
• Expertise in SQL and programming languages like Python, R.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs.
• Passion for driving innovation, staying up to date with industry trends, and continuously improving data science capabilities.
